Shipment processing time

All regular orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Pre-orders (orders purchased before the product is ready) will only be processed once the product is completed and available to ship at stated dates. 

Due to COVID-19, there have been delays in all delivery services. Delivery services i.e. Canada Post and USPS cannot guarantee any timelines on your order. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number once the product has been received at the Post Office. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Refund Policy: 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Do not drill into the wood if you're looking to return your bar. You’ll also need the email confirmation of proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with a return.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
