Please inspect your order upon reception & contact us at support@viewsbalconybar.com immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! 

Return & Exchange Policy*

We accept returns and exchanges within the first 15 days of the delivery date.  

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges: 

• Your item must be unaltered in its original state, and in its original packaging (no exceptions) with all original product inserts and accessories

• A receipt or proof of purchase

• If the item in question was marked a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return

To note, some items purchased with our promotional sales are non-refundable.

Please note, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping label, and will be charged a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Contact us at support@viewsbalconybar.com with the subject 

'Return' or "Exchange", including your order number, name, and the reason for the return. We will then provide next steps to process your request.
