Staying-In but Staying Social

Staying-In but Staying Social - Views Balcony Bar | Turn your Balcony into a Bar!

Staying in isn't always Netflix and Chill. While okay, yes, we all enjoy a night on the couch with the latest murder mystery...staying in can be social and done in style. Here are two of my favorite thought starters to get you (maybe) out of your pajamas and into your nicest pair of Lululemons. Note, while both involve alcohol they can easily be copied without as well!

1. Hire or play "Apartment Bartender"

Show your friends (or tinder date) your new bartending skills, by checking out this video from @apartment_bartender Instagram. Elliot breaks down 4 essential cocktails that are easy to make and have simple ingredients.

Alternatively, you could hire your own private bartender to come to you!

2. Blind Wine Tasting Dinner

How to "play":

Have some friends over for dinner and make sure they know what's on the menu beforehand. Everyone is tasked to bring a bottle of wine (you can determine the price range). Cover each bottle and pour the wine into separate glasses so that every person has a glass (filled at your discretion) of each wine. Taste each wine at the same time throughout dinner, and compare your experiences! I love to use Vivino App as it has ratings from thousands of users and tells you more about the wine you're drinking.

At the end of dinner have everyone rate the wine and unveil the bottles to determine the winner!
