Important Notes

• Pre-orders will only be processed once the product is completed and available to ship on stated dates
• International orders: Your country's shipping destination may have customs charges. Please double-check and make sure you are comfortable with this charge from your country. Views Balcony Inc. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

• Due to Covid-19, there have been delays in delivery services

Typical Order Processing Times

• North America:  1-5 business days after receiving the order
• International Orders: 1-5 business days after receiving the order, unless there are complications with the international destination 

Once your order has been "processed", you will receive a "fulfillment" notification with your courier and tracking number. This means that your shipping label has been printed, and your order is ready to be picked up by the courier. Please allow a few days for your tracking status to update.

Customs and duties applied by your respective Country. The customer is responsible for the payment of any additional costs due to customs and duties. 

For the USA, orders under $800 are exempt from customs and duties. 

Are you purchasing a product outside of North America? Firstly, thank you! Please read below for important information regarding your international purchase. Orders outside of North America cannot be returned and have limits on our one-year warranty policy.

International customs might be applied depending on your country's taxes policy. Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods: The percentage or rate varies depending on the type of goods. You can check the tariff applicable in the TARIC database for EU and Import calculator for USA.

• The customs value is made up of:
• the price paid for the goods,
• the insurance cost,
• the shipping cost

Please ensure that you are willing to pay for the customs charges before purchasing any items. 

Pre-orders mean that you will pay to reserve the item in advance, and we will ship out the product once it arrives in our warehouse with the provided estimated time frame. Please note, that due to COVID, global supply chain issues, and sporadic extreme weather conditions, there have been unexpected delays. While we include some buffer in our estimated timeframes to account for this, we cannot guarantee timeframes.
